CCA OnSite Privacy Policy

The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Please observe the following privacy policy for the "CCA OnSite" app.

This app is a front end for the messenger-based incident and operation management system "CCA OnSite". The data management of this system is carried out by a CCA OnSite backend (Backend), which is operated by your employer or on behalf of your employer (System Operator). When starting the app for the first time you have to configure an CCA OnSite backend either by entering the URL or scanning a QR code. This connects the app to the respective backend, which then takes over the data management.

When using the app, the following data is transferred to the backend or exchanged with it:

• Username, first name, last name and device name
• Text messages, textual observations, images, videos or audio recordings captured / selected by the user.
• Location of observations, images, videos, or audio recordings. These locations are saved on the backend.
• Location of the user and battery level of the device, provided the user has activated the tracking function himself. Activation by anyone other than the user is not possible. The current location is used for the representation in the situation picture. The locations are not stored permanently. However, it is documented in which time periods the user location was transferred.
• Timestamp of when content (e.g. text messages, observations, images, videos or audios) were

  • received from the mobile,
  • read and
  • downloaded.
• Technical data, namely device type, operating system version and app version.

CCA OnSite does not create, link or save personal profiles.
